I have trouble learning some things, so Scott said, ‘Get your phone out and video record it, you can repeatedly watch it whenever you want and it will help you remember tasks and processes.’ It worked for me. Scott’s 100% helpful.

Helene at Fairfield is absolutely amazing. Her bright and helpful demeanour made it easier for me to disclose the difficulties I was having around employment. Despite those difficulties, she really helped and found me a part-time job that I could actually do! I’m so very grateful!

I recently attended my initial appointment at Global Skills Fairfield. I had been transferred to Global Skills under the new Workforce Australia System and didn't know what to expect. I was very impressed. The office is nice and clean and well laid out. The staff were all very friendly. I was so impressed with my Employment Consultant, Romario. He is a really nice fellow with a good attitude. He explained the 'new system' very clearly and patiently. He answered all my questions in a very professional and courteous way.
