I attend Global Skills Liverpool each fortnight and wish to congratulate the staff on the wonderful way they serve all job seekers. I have witnessed the professionalism, courtesy and kindness the staff show to every client. Each one is greeted with a smile and in a pleasant and courteous manner they are served within minutes of arrival. All the staff at Global Skills Liverpool display compassion, a caring attitude and take the time to listen. They are organised, knowledgeable and answer all questions in a very professional and informed manner. They take each person on their merit - always showing support, encouragement and enthusiasm for every job seeker they serve. The staff at Global Skills Liverpool work as a team and are consistent in their service. The service you receive from one Employment Consultant is exactly the same from all other staff. I have trouble learning some things, so Scott said, ‘Get your phone out and video record it, you can repeatedly watch it whenever you want and it will help you remember tasks and processes.’ It worked for me. Scott’s 100% helpful.

I recently attended my initial appointment at Global Skills Fairfield. I had been transferred to Global Skills under the new Workforce Australia System and didn't know what to expect. I was very impressed. The office is nice and clean and well laid out. The staff were all very friendly. I was so impressed with my Employment Consultant, Romario. He is a really nice fellow with a good attitude. He explained the 'new system' very clearly and patiently. He answered all my questions in a very professional and courteous way.
