I recently attended my initial appointment at Global Skills Fairfield. I had been transferred to Global Skills under the new Workforce Australia System and didn't know what to expect. I was very impressed. The office is nice and clean and well laid out. The staff were all very friendly. I was so impressed with my Employment Consultant, Romario. He is a really nice fellow with a good attitude. He explained the 'new system' very clearly and patiently. He answered all my questions in a very professional and courteous way.

The day after my first appointment with Global Skills, they arranged an interview with their employer Makibe. My interview went well and I started work the very next day. I am very happy with the service I received.
