글로벌 스킬 CTA를 선택하는 이유는 무엇인가요?

글로벌 기술 경력 전환 지원은 중장년층 구직자가 현재 노동 시장에서 일자리를 지원할 때 자신의 기술과 경험을 활용하는 방법을 파악할 수 있도록 5주 동안 75시간 동안 제공되는 프로그램입니다.

CTA 트레이너는 구직자의 요구사항에 대한 심층적인 이해와 다양한 기술 사용 능력에 대한 평가를 바탕으로 프로그램을 맞춤화합니다. 경험이 풍부한 고용 서비스 전문가인 트레이너( )는 구직자들로부터 CTA 경험에 대한 특별한 피드백을 지속적으로 받고 있습니다.

글로벌 스킬 CTA 프로그램에 액세스하려면 어떻게 해야 하나요?

CTA에 참여하려면 45세 이상이어야 하며 다음 중 하나에 등록되어 있어야 합니다: 호주 워크포스 서비스, 호주 워크포스 서비스 온라인 또는 장애인 고용 서비스(DES)에 등록되어 있어야 합니다. 

서비스 제공업체에 추천을 요청하거나 호주 워크포스 서비스 온라인 참여자인 경우 온라인으로 직접 추천하세요.
