How We Help Job Seekers

Global Skills offers tailored support to job seekers through the jobactive, Disability Employment Services, Career Transition Assistance Program and Time to Work Employment Service programs.

Our goal is to empower individuals to fulfil their ambitions by supporting them to overcome any barriers they face professionally and personally.

Through pre-employment programs, referral to complimentary services and partners, job search and on-going support once in work, Global Skills dedicated Consultants are with our job seekers every step of the way.

How We Help Employers

Global Skills understands the importance of sourcing and skilling the right staff to meet current and future business needs.

We offer a zero cost, full recruitment strategy for a diverse range of employers.

Employers are offered programs to build industry or specific workplace skills, pre-screening, funding qualifications and workplace licences, purchase of PPE or adaptive technology for job seekers with disability.

We help employers access government wage subsidies and other incentive programs which contribute to the initial costs of hiring and skilling new staff.
