Workforce Australia

Workforce Australia is an Australian Government funded employment service that supports job seekers find work. Workforce Australia, delivered by Global Skills provides tailored support to help you find and keep secure, meaningful work. With reduced caseload numbers the focus will be on delivering you a personalised service.

Global Skills offers Workforce Australia from 16 locations including the South West Sydney, Macarthur, Lower North Shore, North West Sydney and Central Coast regions.

Global Skills employment services have successfully connected job seekers with employers for over 30 years. Our service reputation has been built on recognising that our job seekers are as diverse and unique as the communities in which they live.

Inclusive Employment Australia

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a government program funded by the Department of Social Services to support people with disability, injury, or health conditions to find and keep meaningful employment.

Global Skills offers Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) in the following locations: Parramatta, Baulkham Hills, Merrylands, Hornsby, Auburn, Fairfield, Wetherill Park, Cabramatta, Campbelltown, Ingleburn, Camden, Narellan, Brookvale, Chatswood, Ryde, Mount Druitt, Blacktown and Seven Hills.

Inclusive Employment Australia operates with a person-centred approach focusing on long-term outcomes through personalised support, including assistance with job searching, skill-building, and workplace integration. It also works with employers to create inclusive workplaces and access incentives.

Transition to Work

Workforce Australia – Transition to Work (TtW) is a government-funded initiative to help young people into work (including apprenticeships and training) or education. TtW, delivered by Global Skills provides intensive, pre-employment support for young job seekers. We’ll help you develop practical skills to get a job, connect with education or training, find local job opportunities and connect with relevant local community services.

Global Skills offers TtW on the Central Coast from 4 full time offices at Gosford, The Entrance, Wyong and Lake Haven. Our team is mobile and we can also meet you in the community.

Global Skills delivers a personalised, innovative and flexible TtW service that is tailored to your needs.

Career Transition Assistance

Workforce Australia – Career Transition Assistance (CTA) is an Australian Government program funded by the Department of  Employment and Workplace Relations. CTA, delivered by Global Skills assists mature-age job seekers build their confidence and skills to become more competitive in their local labour market.

Global Skills offers the CTA program across the Greater Western Sydney region for Workforce Australia job seekers. 

CTA participants are supported to identify transferrable skills, increase digital literacy skills and career planning advice in your local area.
