Meeting employers needs

Global Skills has a team of dedicated employer partnership staff, including Employer Brokers and Industry Specialists that are highly skilled in understanding employer needs, assessing business practices and providing suitable labour solutions to inform how we prepare our job seekers for the workplace. We develop a robust understanding of immediate and future workforce needs, preferences, skill gaps, diversity needs, sector trends and offer to visit the workplace to gain a ‘hands on’ understanding of the culture, work pace and skill requirements.

Central point of contact

Employer Account Management is planned and coordinated to provide employers with a central point of contact for responsive and streamlined services.

Global Skills commit to an agreed recruitment plan detailing service commitments and predicted timelines to advertise, source, screen and refer candidates to vacancies.
