International Day of People with Disability 2025

Today is the International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD), a United Nations day that encourages awareness, understanding and inclusion for people with disability. This year’s theme, ‘Fostering disability inclusive societies for advancing social progress’, reminds us of the importance of removing barriers and ensuring everyone has equal opportunities to take part in community life, including work.

On 20 November, Global Skills was delighted to take part in the 2025 Camden Careers and Jobs Expo at Camden Civic Centre. Our thanks go to Camden Council and the Department of Education for organising such a valuable event.

Inclusive Employment Australia Program: Launching 1 November 2025

The Australian Government’s Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program will start on 1 November 2025. Global Skills will be delivering IEA in Hornsby, Baulkham Hills, Parramatta, Auburn, Merrylands, Mount Druitt, Blacktown, Seven Hills, Ryde, Brookvale, Chatswood, Campbelltown, Camden, Narellan, Ingleburn, Farfield, Cabramatta and Wetherill Park. We are excited to expand our services to both participants and employers in these regions.
