“I have a great sense of responsibility teaching them at such an impressionable and important age. Toilet training, tying shoelaces, just seeing the look on their faces when they finally achieve doing it themselves. You can only get that feeling of satisfaction and enjoyment from kids.”

After six years working in the corporate sector, Joshua Martinez went in search of a job with meaning. He found a career. Celebrating 10 years in employment services, March 2022, Josh said, “Throughout my Employment Consultant career, I have developed an immense passion for helping job seekers achieve their employment goals. I go home every day knowing I made a difference in my job seekers lives.”
