“I absolutely love my job. I really do think I’ve found my calling. I grew up within the area I work, I have a lot of experience in different industries and I really do everything I can to make sure I support each one my clients.”
Global Skills Senior Employment Consultant, Trent Curle joined us two years ago. He says, “I have worked in a variety of industries including Retail, Hospitality, Warehousing, Construction, Business Admin and Property. My diverse industry knowledge is a big plus helping clients with their career and job choices and working with employers.”
Trent works with our Rooty Hill office, supporting local job seekers to build essential employability skills such as communication, decision making, problem solving, interview and resume writing skills.
“I love having the option to refer my clients to activities and programs that add value to their work experience and qualifications. Using these experiences and activities to build CVs and talk to employers about them is a big plus.”
Once they are offered a job, Trent ensures his job seekers have everything they need to start work and provides ongoing support. He explains, “I touch base with them daily, weekly or monthly, depending on the level of support they need, if there is something they need to help in their role, do they have any concerns, basically any extra support they may need.”
