Youth Advisory Group Wyong

On 11 March, Global Skills hosted the latest Youth Advisory Group in Wyong.

The committee gives young people a chance to share their ideas, experiences, and challenges when it comes to work and further education. Their input helps shape the support and opportunities provided through our Transition to Work (TtW) program.

Seven young people from Wyong joined the session, taking part in open conversations about employment and the services that can help them succeed. Their insights gave us continued insight into the challenges young people often face and the type of guidance that is most valued and makes a difference.

Feedback from the group directly informs how Global Skills delivers our TtW program, and several ideas from previous sessions have already been put into action.

A big thank you to everyone who came along and shared their thoughts. Your contributions are invaluable and we feel honoured to continue partnering with young people on the Central Coast.
