On Tuesday, Global Skills had the wonderful opportunity to connect with migrant and refugee job seekers at the Pathways to Employment Expo in Fairfield.

Organised by the Fairfield Emerging Communities Action Partnership (FECAP), of which Global Skills is a proud member, the event brought together hundreds of people to explore local employment, training and education opportunities, along with a range of community services.

Our team members spent the day sharing information about the support available through Global Skills’ Inclusive Employment Australia and Workforce Australia programs. Their ability to assist attendees in several languages helped many new arrivals feel welcome and connect with the services best suited to their needs.
