On 8 October 2014, Global Skills attended the Richmond Club and participated in a forum with Assistant Minister for Employment, Luke Hartsuyker, and Macquarie MP, Louise Markus to discuss Work for the Dole projects in our local area.
Mr Hartsuyker said the Richmond Club’s Work for the Dole activities were regarded as one of “the best examples across the country”.
Discussions were held regarding the Richmond Club’s successful Work for the Dole projects in which Global Skills’ job seekers are learning new skills in lawn maintenance as well as Administration and IT in their Marketing Department.
