The Global Skills Transition to Work team had a wonderful time today at the Central Coast Career Pathway Expo. We spent the day helping participants create tailored resumes and connecting with other local service providers about opportunities for our young people.

The Career Expo gives school students across The Central Coast an opportunity to examine industries and the range of career pathways available through further education, training and employment opportunities.

One year 10 student commented, “It’s a great day with so many options. I didn’t realise how many jobs are out there and how much help there is.”

Thank you to Central Coast Group Training and Avondale University for the opportunity to showcase our commitment to supporting young people on their career journeys and providing valuable resources and guidance.

We are looking forward to more events like this in the future.
