The 3-week program with thanks to the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), The Australian Manufacturing Technology Institute Limited (AMTIL) and Mt Druitt TAFE, will prepare participants for a career in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operation.

Participants will receive tailored training, mentoring and post-employment support for CNC Operator positions located throughout Sydney South West and Greater West including Minto, Smeaton Grange, Blacktown, Ingleburn, Smithfield, Wetherill Park, South Penrith and Camden.

After a pre-screening day at Mt Druitt TAFE, several Global Skills job seekers have progressed to the interview stage, with interviews scheduled for 7 November.
