Over the course of 5 days, our job seekers will complete Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certifications and gain essential industry skills including: Hospitality essentials (how to 3 plate carry, prepare alcoholic (18+ only) and non-alcoholic drinks etc, Food safety handling and hygienic work practices, Customer service, Essential bar skills and Covid-19 compliance.

Barcats will link successful graduates to jobs that suit the work they looking for and the types of venues they want to be working in.
