Amber Sanders loves her job with h&h

For 21-year-old St Marys local, Amber Sanders, the opportunity to start a Traineeship with H&h Accredited Training Australasia Inc RTO ID 90784 came at the right time.

“I had been at University studying Teaching when I decided it wasn’t for me. I was given the opportunity by Global Skills to start a Traineeship with h&h to undertake a Certificate III in Business. I love my job, I’m learning so much,” Amber said.

“Everyone has been so welcoming. Sarah (Amber’s Supervisor) has been very supportive and really helped me transition from part-time to full-time work. Global Skills helped me update my resume, purchased work clothing and have been with me every step of the way.”

Sarah Meredith, from h&h, said they selected Amber, a Global Skills’ job seeker, for the Traineeship because they believed she would be the right fit for their organisation.

“She was very kind and polite, a very eager young lady and we believe she would be the right person for our staff and clientele. She always has a smile on her face,” she said.

While Amber is the first Global Skills’ job seeker h&h has employed, the two businesses have enjoyed a long-standing relationship.
“There has been significant growth in our college from being chosen to act as the Global Skills registered training organisation for their own Trainees completing Certificate III and IV in Business,” Sarah said.

Congratulations Amber!
