Yesterday, Global Skills hosted our Outer West Youth Advisory Group session at Mount Druitt.

Young people from across our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Outer West sites came together to share their experiences, ideas and feedback on the issues that matter to them.

The discussion focused on connecting with employers, work experience, employment opportunities, mental health and transport. These conversations provided valuable insight into the challenges young people face and what support, guidance and opportunities matter most to them.

Feedback from the group helps us better understand how we can continue to provide relevant support and services that respond to the needs of young people.
