Congratulations to 12 participants who recently completed their Certificate III in Business at Global Skills Campbelltown, with thanks to MEGT Australia and Aurora Training and Professional Services.

Over the course of 12 weeks, participants from our Workforce Australia and Inclusive Employment Australia programs built the knowledge and practical skills needed to pursue office administration roles across a range of industries. The course covered key areas including business administration, record keeping, financial management, marketing and customer service. Participants also strengthened their communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, helping them build confidence for the workplace.

Campbelltown Manager Jason said providing opportunities like this for participants is something the team is proud to support.

“Feedback from graduates showed that each person increased their skills and confidence in a sector they had expressed an interest in working in,” Jason said.
