Yesterday, Global Skills had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the Central Coast & Hunter Apprenticeship and Traineeship Day at the Doyalson Wyee RSL Club. This event was made possible through a partnership between Workforce Australia Local Jobs Sydney North and West and Workforce Australia Local Jobs Hunter.

It was a worthwhile event for local students, parents, job seekers and anyone considering a career change. Participants had the chance to connect with employers, training providers, and industry experts from various fields, while also learning about the opportunities available to them.

Our Community Engagement Coordinator, Jennifer, spent the day engaging with participants about the services and pathways Global Skills offers. We are also pleased to share that we were able to refer over 70 Transition to Work (TtW)  young people to this event.

It was a fantastic day of collaboration and we look forward to seeing the opportunities it brings to our TtW participants.
