Global Skills is committed to support our participants to gain the skills they need for lasting employment. Recently, we connected a group of our Wetherill Park participants with the Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, a nationally recognised qualification that opens doors in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain roles.

Recently, ARC Training, who delivers the course, arranged a workplace visit to give participants the opportunity to see day-to-day operations, from inventory handling to packing and dispatch. The experience gave them practical insights into the work involved in supply chain roles, helping them better understand what to expect in the industry.

The feedback from the participants was positive, with many expressing increased motivation and confidence about pursuing a career in the field.
