Congratulations to the 15 participants who successfully completed their Certificate III in Retail at Global Skills Cabramatta, with thanks to the National College of Vocational Education (NCVE).

Over the past 12 weeks, participants have developed valuable skills in customer service, sales strategies, inventory management and merchandising. They have also enhanced their communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills, all essential for working in a retail environment.

The course has deepened their professional knowledge and confidence to pursue retail opportunities that require excellent customer service.
