Meet our team: Chyanne Kaczorowski

“The thing I enjoy most, besides when job seekers start work, is the little steps clients make towards employment. It’s the best feeling to see the small achievements too,” says Global Skills Senior Employment Consultant, Chyanne Kaczorowski.

Chyanne who works at our Mt Druitt office, grew up in the area. “I completed a school-based Business Admin Traineeship with the Commonwealth Bank, thanks to my school and the Aboriginal Employment Service. I gained a Certificate II in Business Admin and I decided I wanted to do something different. I had always wanted to help people, to move into the community services industry. My main goal was to get a job where I could help people.”

With that goal in mind, Chyanne started googling websites and came across Global Skills. She found a position vacant and, after a successful interview, was employed as a Business Administration Trainee with our Parramatta office.

“I started as a Trainee in Parramatta and over time successfully completed a Certificate IV in Business Administration. Over the years I was afforded many opportunities to be trained and supported and I now perform as a Senior Employment Consultant. I also sit on Global Skills’ Reconciliation Action Plan Committee.

“I love my role in guiding, mentoring and supporting job seekers. Our main focus is to assist everyone to find employment. The thing I enjoy the most, besides when my job seekers start work, is the little steps clients make towards employment. It’s the best feeling to see the small achievements too.”

Chyanne has been working with us for more than seven years and says, “I see Global Skills as a big giant family. I really appreciate management the most. I really respect them and feel they respect their staff too. It’s a really happy and positive environment to work in.”

As a much-valued member of Global Skills, we are proud to have Chyanne as part of our team and grateful for her ongoing contribution to our Indigenous Reconciliation Action Plan Committee.
