Transition to Work

Global Skills delivers a personalised, innovative and flexible TtW service that is tailored to your needs. Our experienced team is passionate about working in partnership and supporting young people on their journey to employment. Our offices are welcoming and our Employment Consultants will give you the time and support you need to achieve your goals. We encourage and empower young people to have a say in the services they receive. Young people also help us improve our services through our Youth Committee and Youth Hub.

  • Supporting your wellbeing and helping you to overcome personal challenges.
  • Connecting you with relevant community services.
  • Connecting you with education or training including apprenticeships and traineeships.
  • Working with employers to find jobs matched to your goals.
  • Providing ongoing support once you are employed or return to education to ensure success.
