The Department of Employment introduced a new Quality Assurance Framework as a recognition of the Government’s commitment to ensuring the delivery of high quality services for job seekers and employers.
The Quality Assurance Framework sets the minimum standard of quality for jobactive providers. Certification under the Quality Assurance Framework provides assurances that jobactive providers have in place high quality practices and procedures to support the management, monitoring and improvement of service delivery. The Quality Principles have been developed by the Department of Employment in consultation with the Employment Services Industry and are tailored specifically to jobactive services.
The Quality Assurance Framework requires all jobactive Employment Providers to obtain and maintain full certification throughout the contractual period.
